Our son loves his varsity coat! It was pretty easy to order. There seemed to be a bit of a language barrier, but overall speaking with them through messenger was pretty painless. They sent a mock up before starting production on the coat which made me feel better about ordering because I knew what I was getting before they made it. We did have them put numbers on the sleeve of the coat (which I approved) but I do not love them. If I had known exactly how they would look when finished, then I would have left them off. I thought it would be difficult to add numbers to the sleeve after the coat was put together which is why I decided to have them add them, but if I could do it again, I would skip this part and figure out how to add our numbers from the school instead. Overall this is a great coat and I would recommend it

The jacket is beautiful and the company was easy to work with. They listened and modified as needed. They shipped in a timely manner. One recommendation: do not put large chenille emblems at the elbow. It makes the jacket uncomfortable. That is the ONLY thing I would change.

WOW!!! I didn’t know what to expect, but wow. Every step of the process was photographed and sent for confirmation. The sellers are SO lovely, responsive, and sweet. The jacket I received is THICK. The felt is soft, the leather smells like leather, and just in general a really high quality product for the price. I will absolutely be ordering from these sellers again.
