As all jackets are made to order and fully customized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

• The product arrives damaged

• The jacket has incorrect sizing (not as approved in the final order)

• There was a production error on our end

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom jackets with approved mockups

• Items with personalized names, numbers, or patches

Return Process:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item

2. Include photos of the issue

3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return/exchange process
